“Opening the Door of the Heart”
The liturgical Year 2025 which began on the First Sunday of Advent 2024
offers a time of extraordinary blessing and now with the season of Lent we
dwell on the insight into what it means to “lift high the cross.”
We will ponder together for the benefit of others and ourselves what it means
to open the door of our hearts. The cross of Jesus is that “key” to the heart of
anyone who would love as Jesus loves.
In ritual, prayer, reflection, and friendship, we will journey to the open door
of Christ’s loving courage and radical self-giving.
