The Rise of Women’s Voices in Matthew – Matthew 1: 1-17 Revisited
The Bold Discipleship of Mary Magdalene – Matthew 27: 55-61
The Bold Witness of the Women – Matthew 28: 1-10
As the Liturgical Year unfolds, Matthew’s Gospel will bless and challenge our hearts and the way we live and understand our lives. Our twelve-week study of Matthew’s Gospel will probe the latest scholarship concerning the Gospel of Jesus the Teacher. From ancient times, Matthew has been known as the catechetical Gospel. Now more than ever, we need to renew our appreciation and understanding of the Lord’s teachings so we might act upon them with courage and compassion. Our twelve reflections will stand alone, allowing you to participate as your schedule permits. Notes and outlines will be provided for your personal study and reflection.
