SUMMARY:Lenten Day of Prayer
DESCRIPTION:“This Amazing Love”\n“For the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark 10:45\nTuesday\, March 2\, 2027 \n9:00 am (Check-in) – 3:00 pm \nSpeaker: Fr. Tom Bonacci\, C.P.\nassisted by Fr. Joe Moons\, C.P. and Fr. Phillip Donlan\, C.P. \nOur Lenten Day of Reflection will focus on the Sunday readings from St. Mark’s for the Season of Lent (“B” Cycle). The Temptation and the Transfiguration accounts prepare us for Mark’s proclamation of the Passion and crucifixion of Jesus. We are challenged to consider the crucifixion in terms other than suffering\, humiliation\, and obedience. The Lenten readings\, each in their own way\, open up aspects of the Passion and Crucifixion that may not be obvious. This Jesus crucifies himself to us long before Pilate nails him to a tree. The brevity of Mark can be disarming\, but like seed in good soil\, the insights yield an enormous harvest. \nCLICK HERE To Register Online\nCLICK HERE for Flyer/Registration Form to print and send in\nClick Here to View Our Cancellation Policy

SUMMARY:Easter Triduum
DESCRIPTION:“That We May Do What Jesus Has Done.”\n“Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself\, take up his cross\, and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it\, but whoever loses his life for my sake and that of the gospel will save it.” — Mark 8:34–35\nHoly Week Retreat March 25-28\, 2027\nPresenting Team: Fr. Tom Bonacci\, C.P.\nAlong with Fr. Joe Moons\, C.P.\, Fr. Phillip Donlan\, C.P.\, Talib & Olivia Huff \nOur Triduum Retreat reflections are inspired by the Passion Narrative of St. Mark. As the Rites of the Triduum unfold\, we will pause to consider Mark’s proclamation of the self-giving of Jesus. The Cross signifies the radical generosity of Jesus who lived his life for the well-being of others at his own expense. In the last analysis\, the Rites\, prayers\, and reflection of the Triduum do not simply commemorate what Jesus did for us but what we are called to do. We commemorate the Resurrection of Jesus by plunging into the waters of Baptism so we may do what he has done. \nCLICK HERE To Register Online\nCLICK HERE for Flyer/Registration Form to print and send in\nClick Here to View Our Cancellation Policy
